Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and photographers to ensure quality and brand alignment.
  • Monitor online trends and competitors' digital activities to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure that all digital activities align with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and online marketing strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Video editing and content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and online community management.
