Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Doctor, based in Abuja. The Medical Doctor will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage various medical conditions in patients. Daily responsibilities include examining patients, creating tailored treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining detailed patient records. The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure high-quality care and making evidence-based decisions to support patient health and wellness.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in diagnosing and treating medical conditions, with skills in medical assessment, clinical decision-making, and patient management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical staff effectively and empathetically.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to healthcare standards and protocols.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on medical advancements and best practices.
  • Medical degree and licensure to practice medicine in Nigeria; specialization or certification in relevant medical fields is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in Obstetrics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, or family healthcare is preferred.
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
