Role Description

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a full-time employee based on-site in Lagos, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively position and promote our hospitality brands. You will conduct market research, plan go-to-market strategies, collaborate with sales and product teams, and develop engaging campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. Additionally, you will analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities to optimize customer engagement and product visibility.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Market Research and Go-to-Market Strategy implementation
  • Strong Communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to convey ideas effectively
  • Experience in Sales and strengthening customer relationships
  • Familiarity with Product Management principles, including product positioning and enhancement
  • Analytical skills to assess and improve marketing performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Work experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a creative mindset
