Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate ledgers and journals.
  • Support inventory and cost tracking for printing materials and supplies.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments promptly.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and statutory remittances.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial regulations.
  • Support the preparation of balance sheets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience.

  • Must reside within the office location or its surrounding environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
