Location: International Airport, Abuja

Industry: Hospitality / Inflight Catering

Reports to: Sous Chef

Job Summary:

The Chef de Partie will oversee a specific kitchen section, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of meals according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate staff in assigned kitchen section.

Prepare, cook, and plate dishes following menu specifications.

Monitor portion control, food quality, and hygiene standards.

Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients and tools.

Assist the Sous Chef with training and development of junior staff.

Requirements:

OND or equivalent in Culinary Arts or Hospitality.

3–5 years of professional experience in a commercial kitchen.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and on rotating shifts.
