We are seeking a passionate conceptual designer to join our team as a Senior Associate, Visual Design. As a Senior Designer, you will be expected to develop and execute great creative ideas to launch new impressive brand campaigns across channels with a digital first approach. You will be a fantastic example for junior creatives to emulate and hold yourself by the highest work standards/ethics.  Beyond your creative ability, you will demonstrate superb attention to detail. You will be required to collaborate and develop ideas with the wider team, turning briefs into magic potions and delivering beautiful, impactful work and campaigns for the brands we work with. What you will do: 1. Be part of an agile team that crafts amazing work for the world's boldest brands. You'll work on various projects, developing digital products, multimedia design, brand campaigns or projects with the guidance of SentientXT's creative leadership. 2. Translate brand values, creative concepts, UX documentation and user–stories into functional design solutions. 3. Presenting your work in person and through video calls to colleagues, partners and clients. 4. Provide written and verbal communication to articulate and strengthen your designs.  5. Elevate and contribute to the thinking around brand experience: how a business behaves, how their brand looks and the end -to -end customer experience.RequirementsWho you are: 1. You're a wonderful designer. You prove your design prowess through your online portfolio and relevant working experience in digital design. Beyond aesthetic excellence, your portfolio demonstrates exemplary presentation, research, troubleshooting and problem–solving skills. 2. A thorough understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, interaction design and usability, grid systems, white space, aspect ratios and colour theory, tying all of these elements together with obsessive attention to detail. 3. Mastery of all modern design and prototyping tools (Adobe CS, Sketch, Figma, Principle…). 4. You're tidy, and you know how to organise your files, layers and folders to make the lives of colleagues easier.
