Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Cashier, located in Lagos. The Cafe Cashier will be responsible for processing transactions, handling cash, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include ensuring the cleanliness of the cafe, operating the POS system, taking orders, and assisting with stocking inventory.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems
  • Take cutomer order and process
  • Follow recipe to make ordered beverages and sandwiches
  • Customer service skills and ability to engage with customers courteously
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cafe
  • Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • SSCE or equivalent
