Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer with strong expertise in copywriting, videography (DaVinci Resolve). The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs, engaging written content, and high-quality video assets that elevate brand identity, strengthen customer engagement, and support all marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design high-quality visual assets for social media, website, print, and digital campaigns.
  • Create brand-consistent designs such as menus, banners, adverts, packaging, product labels, and in-store promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update brand identity systems to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Transform concepts and briefs into clear, compelling visual stories.

Copywriting

  • Write engaging and persuasive copy for ads, social media content, campaign materials, newsletters, and product descriptions.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, brand alignment, and error-free messaging.
  • Develop storytelling angles that enhance emotional connection and brand personality.

Videography

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for campaigns, promotions, and social media engagement.
  • Create motion graphics, transitions, animations, and short-form content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Handle end-to-end video production: storyboarding, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
  • Maintain video equipment and ensure proper storage of media files.
  • Edit videos professionally using DaVinci Resolve
  • Ensure all videos meet brand quality standards and deliver a polished, cinematic finish.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3–5 years proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio covering design, copywriting, and video work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalents.
  • Professional-level knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for video editing and color grading.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with demonstrated experience in copywriting.
  • Strong videography skills, including camera handling, lighting, framing, and audio capture.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and passion for visual storytelling.
  • Experience in food, hospitality, FMCG, or a fast-paced creative environment is an advantage.
