Office Assistant

Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support management and staff with operational tasks as needed.
- Welcome visitors and ensure proper communication within the office.
- Perform errands and assist with basic bookkeeping or recordkeeping tasks.
- Ensure the office space is tidy, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND qualification or its equivalent.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
