# IT Support & Network Associate

## Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient individual to join our Information Technology Services team in the role of IT Support & Network Associate. ## Responsibilities
*   Monitor and maintain LAN and WAN infrastructure to ensure optimal network performance and availability.
*   Provide timely and effective software and user support, resolving technical incidents to minimize downtime.
*   Execute software deployment initiatives and manage equipment handling with care and precision.
*   Conduct thorough troubleshooting of hardware and software issues to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
*   Prepare and maintain accurate reporting and documentation regarding technical activities, data entry, and system configurations.
*   Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive organizational information.
*   Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a culture of teamwork and shared accountability.
*   Apply analytical skills to assess risks, make informed decisions, and ensure quality control in all technical operations.

## Requirements
*   Possess basic IT skills and a solid foundation in computer literacy suitable for an entry-level role.
*   Have 0-2 years of relevant work experience in information technology services or a related field.
*   Demonstrate proficiency in configuring network components and managing LAN/WAN environments.
*   Exhibit strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
*   Show adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
*   Maintain a high standard of accountability and integrity in daily tasks.
*   Possess excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and user interaction.
*   Be familiar with business continuity principles and risk management strategies.
