What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will be intellectually curious, commercially minded and comfortable moving between data and execution.
You should be able to interrogate a deteriorating portfolio, identify what is actually driving the movement, recommend an intervention, work with Product or Engineering to implement it, and then measure whether it worked.
We are specifically looking for someone who sees collections as a portfolio optimisation and technology problem, not simply a customer-calling function.
