We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of Koolboks' vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our fleet, including the planning, coordination, and monitoring of all fleet-related activities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.
Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.
Schedule and monitor regular maintenance and repairs of vehicles to ensure minimal downtime.
Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.
Utilize fleet management software to track vehicle locations, usage, and performance metrics.
Prepare and present regular reports on fleet performance, fuel usage, and maintenance costs.
Develop and manage the fleet budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce operational costs.
Ensure all fleet activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
Promote and enforce safety protocols for drivers and vehicles.
Maintain relationships with vehicle suppliers, service providers, and insurance companies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
Lead and manage a team of drivers, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a fleet manager or in a similar role, preferably in the solar refrigeration or related industry.
Strong knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
