Loan Sales Officer

Do you have experience in microfinance, lending, or supporting small businesses?

In this role, you will be responsible for selling lending and savings products, onboarding new customers, and helping individuals and businesses access the right financial solutions.

This is a target-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in selling loan products and options to individuals and business in a performance-based environment.

·      Source and onboard new customers for different loan and savings products

·      Promote financial products through direct sales and referrals

·      Evaluate loan applications and guide customers through the process

. Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services

·      Meet and exceed monthly sales and disbursement targets

·      Build and maintain strong client relationships

·      Cross-sell additional financial services to existing customers

·      Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations
