Job Summary

The Research Associate plays a vital role in bolstering the Communications and Research Department by executing comprehensive research initiatives, gathering data, analyzing policies, and generating insights. These efforts are designed to shape the organization's advocacy strategies, programmatic activities, and broader strategic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the entire research lifecycle, including the design of studies, data gathering, analytical processes, and final documentation.
  • Contribute to the drafting of research reports, policy briefs, concept notes, and various publications.
  • Perform thorough literature reviews and source pertinent data to underpin organizational projects.
  • Aid in the monitoring, documentation, and reporting of research outcomes.
  • Help manage research databases and ensure the systematic organization of research materials.
  • Deliver essential administrative and technical assistance to support research operations.

Requirements
