As Finance Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for financial operations, strategic planning, and guiding the business towards sustainable growth. What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the financial strategy to support business growth and market expansion in Nigeria and Central Africa

Overseeing financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in line with IFRS and Nigerian regulations

Driving finance transformation, cost optimisation, and process improvements to enhance performance and efficiency

Managing tax compliance, labour law requirements, cash flow, and capital planning
-
Acting as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director on business planning, investment, and risk management

Building and mentoring a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
Who You Are
-
An experienced finance professional with 10+ years in finance or accounting, including 5+ years in senior leadership

Experienced in the shipping, logistics, or manufacturing sectors

Strong in Nigerian tax regulations, labour laws, and IFRS compliance
-
Proven track record of leading financial transformation initiatives

A confident communicator who can influence upwards to senior leadership and engage effectively with your team

Skilled in financial analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
