Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field. Master’s/MBA is an advantage
10+ years in project/program/portfolio management, with 3+ years in a PMO leadership role. Energy, Oil & Gas, or EPC experience preferred
PMI Portfolio Management Professional (PMI-PgMP®️) required. PMI-PMP®️ is a plus
Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, risk management, benefits realisation, and PMO tools
Proven leadership, executive stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills
