Job Description
- In-Store Execution: Ensure 100% product availability and optimal visibility at all times.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and buying teams across major supermarkets.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations and coordinate with distributors and dispatch teams for timely replenishment.
- Coverage: Visit assigned supermarkets daily, record stock levels, and generate orders for at least 15 supermarkets in line with the assigned route plan.
- Debt Collection: Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely debt recovery where applicable.
- SFA Usage: Ensure all generated orders are accurately captured in the SFA system at the point of sale (POS).
- DMS Compliance: Ensure all orders are transmitted to the distributor’s DMS and processed for dispatch accordingly.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and gather consumer feedback to support business decisions.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND).
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, specifically within the supermarket channel.
