Job Summary
The Administrative Officer will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the organization. The role is suitable for an entry-level candidate with 0–2 years of experience who is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the organization. Prepare, organize, file, and maintain documents and records. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and organizational activities. Respond to emails, phone calls, and routine inquiries professionally. Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other administrative documents. Maintain accurate records and databases as required. Assist with office supplies, inventory, and procurement of routine items. Support staff and management with administrative tasks and coordination. Receive and direct visitors and ensure a professional office environment. Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and other office events. Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure they are completed on time. Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and documents. Perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
