Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate branch operations, staff schedules, and customer-service standards.
• Keep price updates, inventory movements, and expiry controls current.
• Review branch performance and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate material issues.
• Coach team members and enforce company policies and SOPs. Requirements
• Strong understanding of branch operations and Omega/POS workflow.
• Good communication, organization, and delegation capability.
• Ability to interpret performance data and act on trends.
