Role Description The Sales/Marketing Strategist (Commission Only) role is a remote, contract position focused on developing and executing strategies that drive client growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for revenue and brand expansion. The role involves designing and refining sales and marketing strategies, collaborating with clients to understand their goals, and recommending high-impact digital and traditional tactics. The strategist will create clear action plans, support lead generation initiatives, and provide ongoing performance insights and optimization recommendations. This role is best suited for individuals who are motivated by commission-based earnings and comfortable working independently in a results-oriented environment. Qualifications
• Strong analytical capabilities with skills in Market Research and Research to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience in Marketing and Marketing Strategy to develop integrated, results-driven campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting strategies, collaborating with clients, and aligning stakeholders around growth initiatives.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a commission-based or performance-driven environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and basic analytics (e.g., social media insights, web metrics) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet agreed performance targets and deadlines.
• Demonstrated capacity to build client relationships, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable strategies.
