Salary:
₦150,000 – ₦250,000 monthly Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, create engaging content, grow our social media communities, and strengthen brand visibility across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Manage daily social media activities and maintain an active online presence.
• Develop content ideas, captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Grow the brand’s social media following and online community.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the team on campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve online visibility. Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Social Media Management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and insights.
• Proficiency in Canva and other content creation tools.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must reside in or around Lekki, Lagos.
