We are committed to bridging the gap between learning and real-world experience by creating opportunities for young people to learn, collaborate, and work on practical projects that prepare them for the world of work. As we continue to grow, we are building internal systems to improve how our organisation operates, manages its teams, documents processes, and tracks performance. About the Opportunity We are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join Projexa Hub as UI/UX Designer Interns and Full-Stack Developer Interns. Full-Stack Developer Intern Responsibilities Collaborate with the UI/UX Designer to build Projexa Hub Central. Develop the frontend and backend components of the application. Implement secure user authentication, user roles, and permission-based access. Build features for team management, attendance, tasks, reports, performance tracking, and internal documentation. Set up and manage the application's database and integrations. Ensure the application works across mobile and desktop devices. Test features, identify bugs, and implement fixes. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern frontend framework. Understanding of backend development, databases, APIs, and authentication. Familiarity with Git and version control. Understanding of basic web security and data protection. Willingness to collaborate with a designer, communicate progress, and learn. What You Will Gain Practical experience contributing to a real organisational product. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Opportunities to strengthen your technical or design portfolio. Experience working with product requirements, feedback, testing, and documentation. Exposure to teamwork, communication, and project delivery. A certificate of completion and/or recommendation may be provided upon successful completion, subject to Projexa Hub's assessment and applicable criteria.
