Job Title: AI Full Stack Engineer (Backend & Applied AI)

Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos Work Arrangement: Hybrid Compensation: ₦800,000 Monthly Net Job Summary To engineer scalable software applications and AI-driven solutions, combining robust backend architecture with applied AI, intelligent agents, and workflow automation to support product development and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and maintain backend services, REST APIs, database architectures, and responsive frontend applications.
• Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based workflows.
• Build intelligent automations and integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Implement AI evaluation, security controls, monitoring, and performance optimisation.
• Deploy, maintain, and document production applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years' professional experience in backend or full-stack software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) or Python, with experience in REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and scalable backend systems.
• Demonstrable experience integrating LLM APIs, building RAG pipelines, and developing AI agents or tool-calling workflows.
• Working knowledge of React or Next.js, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
• Understanding of AI security, evaluation, monitoring, and production reliability.
• Ability to independently develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade applications. Added Advantage: Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, vector databases, multi-agent systems, or enterprise automation solutions.
