FIELD MARKETERSFluff & Stars | VGC, Lekki-Ajah, Lagos | Full-Time About the OpportunityWe are hiring for our client, who is seeking a proactive, persuasive, and commercially driven Field Marketer to support business development, market expansion, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate must be confident in engaging prospective customers, identifying market opportunities, building relationships, and converting prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach prospective customers and business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Execute field marketing activities to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
• Promote the company's products and services through direct engagement and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying customers and contribute to revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and conversions.
• Meet agreed marketing, lead-generation, and sales targets.
• Requirements
• Previous experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence engaging customers and representing a business professionally.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver measurable results.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos market, particularly Lekki and surrounding areas.
• Proactive, organised, and results-oriented mindset.

Location:
VGC, Lekki-Ajah, Lagos.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Monthly

Salary:
₦150,000. Additional Benefits
• HMO coverage.
• Monthly data allowance.
• Transport allowance.
• 10% commission on every successfully closed deal.
• Employee of the Month incentive.
