• Expeditor and Expediting experience to coordinate materials, services, and documentation for timely project delivery.
• Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, compliance with standards, and reporting of findings.
• Logistics Management expertise to handle supply chain coordination, transportation, and inventory control.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software).
• Relevant academic background in project management, engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations or project management within real estate, construction, or a similar industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing on-site presence in Lagos with remote work requirements.
