Full Time Work Schedule: Monday – Friday Overview FMR Agency is recruiting experienced Direct Sales Agents to drive merchant acquisition for a leading digital payment company. The role involves prospecting, onboarding, and activating business clients while meeting sales targets. Candidates must have prior experience with OPay, PalmPay, or Moniepoint.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and onboard new business merchants within assigned territories. 2. Promote digital payment solutions and conduct product presentations. 3. Complete KYC, onboarding, and account activation processes. 4. Achieve monthly acquisition and activation targets. 5. Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports. 6. Provide post-onboarding support and build lasting client relationships. 7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.
Sc. in any discipline.
- 2–3 years' FinTech sales experience.
- Experience with OPay, PalmPay, or Moniepoint is required.
- Strong merchant acquisition and field sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
