Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview We are looking for a talented and versatile In-House Content Creator to bring our brand story to life. In this role, you will conceptualize, shoot, write, and edit engaging multimedia content across various platforms to educate, entertain, and inspire our audience while building strong brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production: Produce high-quality, thumb-stopping visual and written content, including short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), photography, graphics, and long-form written pieces (blogs, newsletters). Ideation & Storytelling: Brainstorm and pitch creative content concepts, campaigns, and formats aligned with our brand voice and marketing objectives. End-to-End Execution: Handle the complete content lifecycle—from scripting, filming, and interviewing to post-production editing, copywriting, and final publishing. Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing, social media, and design teams to ensure content supports ongoing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, feedback, and trends to adapt content strategies in real-time and maximize reach and engagement. Asset Management: Organize, edit, and maintain an up-to-date digital library of all raw footage, photos, graphics, and brand assets. Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Degree in Communications, Film/Media Production, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Experience:
2 to 5years of professional experience in content creation, videography, social media production, or digital storytelling (portfolio required). Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in video editing and production software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve) and basic design/photo editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom). Camera & Audio Savvy: Hands-on experience working with professional/semi-professional cameras, lighting equipment, and external audio setups for both studio and on-the-go shoots. Creativity & Communication: Strong storytelling abilities with a sharp eye for visual composition, current internet culture, and platform-specific trends (especially short-form video). Independence & Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
