* 2–3 years of relevant retail sales experience.
* Proven experience working with retail sales targets and a track record of achieving them.
* Experience in luxury fashion sales is essential.
* Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide excellent service.
* Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
* Ability to engage customers and follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels to drive sales and conversions.
* A proactive, target-driven individual who can balance customer satisfaction with business growth.
