- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests
- Develop performance testing scripts and scenarios
- Analyze system bottlenecks and performance issues
- Produce performance reports and optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to resolve issues
- Monitor application response time and system stability
- Support release readiness and non-functional testing activities
- Maintain testing documentation and reports
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise scale IT or digital environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and delivery timelines
- Familiarity with testing tools, monitoring tools, and enterprise systems
- Understanding of scalability, reliability, and operational performance concepts
- Familiarity with deployment and testing environments
- Experience designing and executing performance testing scenarios
- Understanding of defect tracking and root cause analysis
- Experience validating systems against non-functional requirements
- Ability to produce test reports and performance analysis documentation
- Strong discipline in testing governance and reporting
- Awareness of secure testing and operational practices
- Understanding of logging and monitoring requirements
- Ability to support multiple testing cycles and projects
- Ability to quickly understand new systems and applications
- Understanding of scalability, security, reliability, and performance considerations
- Ability to follow coding and documentation standards Qualifications & Experience Required
- 4–15+ years of relevant professional experience depending on role level (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent).
- Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Must have completed NYSC
- Demonstrated experience working in enterprise scale digital, IT, or technology environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban), and cross functional collaboration
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Work
