200k -250k Naira Employment Type: Full-Time onsite We are seeking a proactive, experienced and highly accountable HR Manager to oversee people management across the company and its branches. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and staffing across branches.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline and employee conduct.
- Manage employee performance, KPIs and Performance Improvement Plans.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and staff retention.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and Nigerian employment requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, staff benefits and incentives with Finance.
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff development.
- Conduct regular branch HR oversight and ensure Branch Managers maintain proper staff standards.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly HR reports for Management.
- Manage employee exits, clearance and offboarding.
- Identify HR issues, take corrective action and follow through to resolution. REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years' experience in HR management, preferably in hospitality, salon, spa, retail or service businesses.
- Bachelor's degree/HND in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian employment practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience managing employees across multiple locations or branches is an advantage.
- Strong reporting, documentation and organisational skills.
- Must be firm, fair, proactive, confidential and highly accountable. IMPORTANT: This is not simply an administrative or reporting role. The HR Manager is expected to identify problems, take action, follow up and ensure issues are resolved.
