About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executive / Sales Marketer to join a growing team in Surulere, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting products or services, engaging prospective customers, generating leads, and converting opportunities into sales. This position offers a fixed monthly salary alongside a 5% commission on sales, providing an opportunity to increase earnings based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Communicate with potential and existing customers professionally.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries and work toward converting them into sales.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Meet agreed marketing and sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular updates on marketing and sales activities.
- Represent the business professionally when interacting with customers. Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, customer acquisition, or a related field is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and follow up effectively.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good customer service skills.
- Applicants should be able to reliably commute to Surulere, Lagos. Compensation
- Basic
Salary:
₦80,000 per month.
- Commission: 5% on sales generated, subject to the employer's applicable commission terms.
