• Recruitment and candidate screening
• Interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Employee onboarding and induction
• Maintaining employee records and HR databases
• HR documentation and reporting
• Employee engagement and internal communications
• Training and development support
• Performance management and HR administrative activities
Requirements:
• University students or fresh graduates in HR, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field
• 0–1 year of relevant experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and willingness to learn 🔹 2. DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN The Digital Marketing Intern will support marketing and communications activities across the Group, including:
• Social media content creation and management
• Supporting digital marketing campaigns
• Developing content calendars
• Creating marketing materials, graphics, flyers, and presentations
• Community management and audience engagement
• Market, competitor, and industry research
• Website content updates
• Email marketing support
• Tracking digital marketing metrics and trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, HND, or relevant qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
• Strong interest in digital marketing and social media
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic content creation/graphic design skills are an advantage
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools is an advantage
• Good research, analytical, and organizational skills 📍 Work Arrangement: Remote 💼 Employment Type: Internship ⏳
