· Manage corporate finance activities, including financing structures, debt/facility monitoring and related corporate finance documentation.

· Coordinate Group budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and budget-versus-actual analysis.
-
· Prepare management accounts, financial performance reports and management presentations.
-
· Analyse business and project performance, profitability, costs, cash flow and key financial indicators.
-
· Manage project financial activities across procurement, Purchase Orders, contractor/vendor payments, project accounts and reconciliations.
-
· Monitor contractor deliveries, project commitments, contract variations and project expenditure to ensure effective cost control.

· Prepare and monitor project Statements of Affairs, profitability reports and project status/payment reports.

· Coordinate tax remittances, audit requirements, contractual documentation and insurance bond/APG applications.

· Monitor Group debt obligations and support financing-related processes, including trustee and CSCS/share-related activities.

· Prepare and analyse energy consumption and cost reports.

· Apply data analytics to identify trends, variances, risks and cost-saving opportunities.

· Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.

· Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy, strong controls and timely reporting. Requirements

· Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Project Finance or a related field

· ICAN or ACCA qualification is mandatory.

· Age range between 35–40 years.

· Strong financial acumen and analytical reasoning skills.

· Excellent ability to analyse and break down complex information.

· Smart, agile, and commercially minded.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
-
· Experience in project financial management, cost control and financial reconciliation.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
