What You'll Do
\
* Create engaging graphics, flyers, adverts and promotional materials. \
* Manage Graduatefly's social media platforms. \
* Create Reels, TikToks, short videos and other engaging content. \
* Develop and manage a social media content calendar. \
* Create content around universities, scholarships, study destinations, admissions and student success stories. \
* Write engaging captions, hooks and calls-to-action. \
* Monitor trends and develop creative campaigns to grow our audience and generate student enquiries. \
* Track social media performance and suggest ways to improve engagement and reach. What We're Looking For \
* 2+ years' experience in graphic design/social media management. \
* Strong skills in \*\*Canva\*\
* and \*\*CapCut\*\*; Adobe skills are an advantage. \
* Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn. \
* Strong visual creativity and excellent written English. \
* Ability to create content that connects with young audiences. \
* Knowledge of AI content creation tools is an advantage. \
* Self-motivated, organised and able to meet deadlines. \
* Experience in education, travel, recruitment or digital marketing is a plus.
