Clinic Manager – Physiotherapy Clinic Lekki | Full-time Are you an ambitious, organised leader who wants to help grow a successful healthcare business? We are a rapidly growing physiotherapy clinic in Lekki, and we're looking for an exceptional Clinic Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running and continued growth of the clinic. This is not simply an administration role. You will be responsible for people, patients, performance and partnerships. You'll lead the team, improve clinic performance, ensure patients receive an exceptional experience and develop relationships with HMOs, corporate organisations, hospitals, consultants and other healthcare professionals to create new referral and revenue opportunities. What you'll be responsible for
- Leading, coaching and holding the team accountable for performance.
- Ensuring patients receive an exceptional experience and complete their plans of care.
- Managing clinic revenue, performance and profitability.
- Improving patient conversion, retention and therapist utilisation.
- Managing clinic systems, processes and day-to-day operations.
- Identifying problems and solving them without waiting to be told what to do.
- Developing and maintaining HMO, corporate and hospital partnerships.
- Building a strong and reliable referral network.
- Monitoring the key numbers that drive the business.
- Reporting performance and opportunities to the owner. Who we're looking for You may be a healthcare manager, practice manager, operations manager, sales manager or you may come from a completely different background. Experience in exactly this role isn't essential. What matters is that you are:
- A natural leader who takes ownership.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially aware and comfortable working with numbers.
- Excellent at building relationships.
- Confident communicating with patients, staff and external partners.
- Persistent and comfortable asking for business.
- Proactive—you see what needs doing and do it.
- Resourceful when things don't go according to plan.
- Comfortable being measured and held accountable for results.
