Job description
s & requirements We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients operating in the Facility and Property Management sector a Finance Manager / Accountant . Role Overview : The Finance Manager / Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities of the organization. This role is critical in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and providing strategic insights to support business growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will act as a key financial partner to the leadership team and contribute to both operational efficiency and long-term planning.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date accounting records in line with applicable standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure timely and accurate financial closing processes
- Monitor financial performance and highlight variances Budgeting & Planning :
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
- Track budget performance and provide variance analysis
- Support strategic planning through financial modeling Cash Flow & Treasury Management :
- Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure liquidity
- Optimize working capital and financial resources
- Oversee banking operations and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions Compliance & Risk Management :
- Ensure full compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies Business Support & Advisory :
- Provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Support investment decisions and financial structuring Stakeholder Coordination :
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, auditors, and banking partners
- Serve as the primary finance contact for external stakeholders Required profile for job ad : Finance Manager / Accountant

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s or professional certification is a plus)

Experience:
5–8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
- Industry Background: Mandatory experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Management
Experience:
Not required, but leadership potential is highly valued Core Competencies & Skills
- Strong technical expertise in accounting and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working in a lean structure
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of investment management is an added advantage <
