* The Electrical Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical systems and equipment within our restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities
\
* 1. \*Installation & Maintenance\*: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting, outlets, panels, and circuit breakers across restaurant facilities. 2. \*Restaurant Equipment Support\*: Service and troubleshoot electrical components of kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, refrigerators, freezers, exhaust fans, and HVAC systems. 3. \*Preventive Maintenance\*: Conduct routine inspections to ensure all electrical systems are safe, compliant, and functioning optimally to avoid downtime during operations. 4. \*Fault Diagnosis & Repair\*: Quickly diagnose electrical faults and carry out repairs to minimize disruption to restaurant service. 5. \*Compliance & Safety\*: Ensure all electrical work adheres to IEE regulations, safety standards, and company HSE policies. 6. \*Documentation\*: Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts used. 7. \*Support\*: Provide technical support during events, peak hours, and power-related emergencies. \*Minimum Requirements & Qualifications\
* 1. \*Education\*: OND/HND in Electrical Engineering or Trade Certification in Electrical Installation from a recognized technical institution.
- 2. \*Experience\*: \*Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience\
* as an Electrical Technician, with \*proven experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food processing environment\
* is mandatory.
- 3. \*Technical Knowledge\*:

- Strong knowledge of 3-phase and single-phase systems.

- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment, cold rooms, and generator changeover systems.

- Familiarity with electrical drawings and safety protocols.
- 4. \*Skills\*: Problem-solving, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and good communication skills.
- 5. \*Other\*: \*Must reside in Benin City\
* and be available for on-call support when required. Trade Test Certificate is an added advantage.
