* Direct Field Sales Agent \*Reports To: GTM Lead / Business Development Manager \*Employment Type: Contract + Performance-Based Commission \*
Location:
Assigned Commercial Cluster, Lagos \*Compensation:₦120,000 monthly base + commission\
* \*Bonus: ₦10,000 per terminal sold\
* The Role We are looking for driven field sales professionals to acquire merchants across commercial areas in Lagos. You will identify qualified businesses, conduct product demonstrations, onboard merchants, and drive them to become active paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
\
* Conduct \*5–10 structured merchant visits daily\
* within your assigned territory. \
* Qualify prospects and focus on high-potential businesses. \
* Conduct product demonstrations and close new merchant accounts. \
* Achieve a target of \*50 live and active stores monthly\*. \
* Collect complete KYC/KYB documentation during onboarding. \
* Generate merchant referrals from successfully onboarded customers. Who You Are \
* 2–3 years’ experience in \*field sales, direct sales, retail distribution, or merchant acquisition\*. \
* Persuasive, resilient and target-driven. \
* Comfortable with cold visits and face-to-face selling. \
* Familiar with major commercial hubs and retail areas across Lagos. \
