The Warehouse Officer is responsible for managing the receipt, storage,
movement, and dispatch of company materials and products while ensuring
accurate inventory records, proper warehouse organization, and compliance
with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Make accurate receipt of both raw and packaging materials from the suppliers, using LPO, DN and Waybill as guideline. Prompt supply of all necessary raw and packaging materials to the production floor, using FLPO, MO and MR as guideline, and apply FIFO & LIFO, where necessary. To make prompt and accurate distribution/dispatching of Finished-Goods to Depots, Distributors, etc., using NOD, NOR, Requisition and Invoice, as guideline. Generate accurate records or GRN for receipt materials from the suppliers, using LPO, DN and Waybill as guideline. Generate correct records for all finished goods and materials received into the warehouse. Engage the lift trucks (forklifts) for warehouse and engineering works. Properly use the lift trucks (forklifts) for work with upmost safety. To perform any other assigned duties by the line leaders and the Warehouse Manager. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years relevant experience Strong knowledge of inventory and procurement processes Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, Word e.t.c) Candidates must be competent in operating a forklift and capable of safely handling warehouse materials using a forklift Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Key Competencies Forklift Operation Inventory management Warehouse operations Stock reconciliation Documentation and record keeping Microsoft Excel Attention to detail Communication skills Pay: ₦180,000.00
