We are looking for a highly capable Chief of Staff to work directly with the Co-Founder and serve as a key execution and coordination partner across the organisation. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution . The Chief of Staff will help the Executive manage priorities, drive important initiatives, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, prepare for critical decisions, and ensure that key commitments translate into action. The ideal candidate is not simply an organiser. They are a thinker, executor, problem-solver and trusted partner who can take an objective from conversation to completion. THE ROLE As Chief of Staff, you will operate as an extension of the Co-Founder across 7 Fifteen Capital's businesses and strategic interests. You will provide the structure, visibility and follow-through required to keep priorities moving. You will work across teams and external stakeholders, identify what requires executive attention, resolve issues where possible, and ensure that important matters do not get lost in the demands of a fast-moving organisation. This role requires judgment, initiative, discretion, commercial awareness and exceptional execution ability . You must be comfortable working in an environment where priorities change quickly, information may be incomplete, and you are expected to figure out the next step rather than wait for instructions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Executive Strategy & Decision Support
- Serve as a trusted thought and execution partner to the Co-Founder.
- Help translate the Executive's priorities, ideas and decisions into clear actions and deliverables.
- Prepare briefing notes, research, presentations, reports and executive summaries for important meetings and decisions.
- Conduct research and analysis on business, investment, market and operational matters as required.
- Track strategic priorities and provide regular visibility on progress, outstanding issues and required decisions.
- Identify issues that require Executive intervention and proactively resolve or escalate matters appropriately.
- Support the Executive in evaluating opportunities, proposals, partnerships and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure the Executive is adequately prepared for high-value meetings, negotiations, presentations and engagements. 2. Strategic Execution & Project Management
- Take ownership of selected strategic and special projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop clear workplans, milestones, responsibilities and timelines for priority initiatives.
- Coordinate teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks and drive resolution of outstanding issues.
- Maintain project trackers and provide concise progress updates to the Executive.
- Follow through persistently on commitments until they are fully delivered.
- Support the implementation of new systems, processes and initiatives across the organisation.
- Ensure that decisions made at the Executive level are translated into execution. 3. Cross-Business Coordination
- Coordinate priorities and information across 7 Fifteen Capital's business interests, including real estate, hospitality and philanthropic initiatives.
- Work with business heads, managers, consultants, contractors and external partners to maintain alignment on key priorities.
- Ensure critical information reaches the right people at the right time.
- Identify dependencies between teams and initiatives and ensure they are properly managed.
- Maintain visibility over major projects, deadlines, commitments and emerging risks.
- Support collaboration between internal teams and external advisers. 4. Executive Office & Meeting Management
- Manage and prioritise the Executive's calendar and commitments.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, site visits, events and executive engagements.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials and relevant background information ahead of meetings.
- Attend selected meetings on behalf of the Executive and document decisions, actions and responsibilities.
- Maintain an effective system for tracking meeting actions and follow-ups.
- Manage executive correspondence and ensure important matters receive timely attention.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, itineraries and other executive logistics when required. 5. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Act as a professional point of coordination between the Executive and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with senior executives, investors, financial institutions, lawyers, consultants, contractors, government stakeholders, business partners and other counterparties.
- Build strong working relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Follow up with stakeholders on commitments made to the Executive.
- Represent the Executive professionally in selected engagements where appropriate. 6. Business & Operational Support
- Support the Executive in monitoring business performance and operational priorities.
- Review reports, updates and information from different business units and highlight important issues.
- Help identify operational gaps, inefficiencies and emerging risks.
- Support the development and implementation of systems that improve organisational effectiveness.
- Assist with preparation for board, management, investor and strategic meetings.
- Take on other high-priority assignments where the Executive's involvement is required. - Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant professional experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Chief of Staff, Executive Office, Management Consulting, Strategy, Project Management, Investment, Business Operations or a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and project-management abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and modern productivity tools.
- Ability to prepare professional presentations, reports, briefs and executive documents.
- High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality. Desirable Experience working with or supporting a:
- Founder, CEO or senior executive;
- Investment or private capital firm;
- Real estate or property development company;
- Hospitality business;
- Consulting or professional services firm; or
- Family office or diversified business group. An MBA, master's degree or relevant professional certification will be an advantage.
