Job description
s & requirements Responsiblities:
- The Client Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with clients.
- Ensuring service excellence, driving client satisfaction, and supporting business growth.
- Reports To: Head of Operations.
- Main Contact Point: Answer client calls, chats, and emails quickly and clearly.
- Problem Solver: Listen to client complaints and fix issues with other teams.
- Relationship Builder: Call clients to check if they are happy with the service.
- Sales Support: Find new ways to sell more products or upgrades to current clients.
- Feedback Sharer: Tell company leaders what clients like or dislike so the business can improve.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSc.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role. Remuneration: NGN 150,000
