Job description
Some people answer phones. This role orchestrates the daily heartbeat of the organization. There is a rare kind of administrative professional who understands that the front office isn't just a desk, is the gateway to a company’s brand, culture, and operational excellence. They don't just "handle" visitors; they engineer an environment where clients, VIPs, and employees thrive. They see operational friction before it stalls a team, and they hold themselves to an impeccable standard of hospitality, vigilance, and discretion. That is the person we are looking for. THE COMPANY Watermark & Victoria is a leading experiential marketing firm in Africa. Award-winning. Operationally intense. Creatively uncompromising. We have spent years earning the trust of the biggest brands on the continent. Our ambition requires a highly structured, professional, and seamless workplace environment to power our next phase of growth. This role sits at the absolute baseline of that execution. THE OPPORTUNITY The Front Desk & Admin Officer serves as the face and heartbeat of our organization. Your mandate extends far beyond traditional reception duties; you will execute strategic administrative support across the company, provide executive coordination, and deliver vital HR administration support to People Operations. This is a role for a proactive, people-focused professional who beautifully balances premium hospitality with operational grit. WHO THRIVES HERE You are the right person if:

- You are adaptable and resourceful, possessing the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and smash deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You have an ownership mentality, actively identifying workflow flaws and streamlining them before they become problems. You are probably not the right fit if:
- You view front desk and administrative work as purely reactive, passive, or isolated task-handling.
- You prefer a quiet, deeply predictable environment with no cross-functional overlap.
- You struggle to manage multiple moving parts at once or get easily overwhelmed by shifting priorities.
