PURPOSE Open and hold federal government and institutional business — military, paramilitary, ministries, agencies and NNPC subsidiaries. Relationship-led and budget-cycle driven rather than volume-driven.

Key responsibilities
–Own the federal government and Abuja regional revenue target –Build relationships across the Nigerian Army, Police, NSCDC, NDLEA, NYSC, Air Force, Navy and relevant ministries –Work the federal appropriation calendar — engagement starts twelve months before the order –Coordinate with the bid desk on BPP registration and federal tender submissions –Manage NNPC subsidiary relationships and NCDMB engagement in Abuja –Line-manage one Business Development Manager Requirements –Minimum 6 years selling to Nigerian federal government or institutional buyers –Demonstrable understanding of the public procurement process and the BPP framework –Existing relationships within federal ministries, agencies or the security services –Resident in Abuja -Degree-qualified; postgraduate qualification an advantage for credibility at this level Pay: ₦500,000.00
