- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with demonstrated experience in tech or high-growth firms.
- 7-10 years expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and interpretation of key performance metrics for business decision-making.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- Experience with financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP software, advanced Excel, financial dashboards).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate complex financial information clearly, and influence stakeholders.
- Proven capability in cash flow management, cost optimization, and supporting pricing and contract structures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFA) is an advantage.
- Experience managing finances in tech-enabled or SaaS environments, including project-based and recurring revenue models, is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
