Our client, a fast-growing fashion house, is seeking highly motivated and energetic Business Development Associates to join its dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business prospects.

Person Specification

  • First Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Good understanding of business development strategies.
