Responsibilities:

Keeping financial records up to date, account receivables and payables, tax preparation, and general office operations.


Required Competencies

Knowledge of Quick BooksMicrosoft ExcelFinancial AnalysisPayroll Management Cashflow (Payables and Receivables Management)Tax and regulatory Compliance/returns. 

 

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree/HND in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.Strong administration and financial analysis skillsAbility to prepare entries to accounts (general ledger and trial balance accounts)Knowledge of accounting procedures and ability to maintain accurate financial recordsKnowledge of MS Office and QuickBooks.Attention to detail.
