Job Description

  • As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our client base.
  • You will be the face of our company, engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your efforts will contribute directly to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and market segments to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate target markets and achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to win new business and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development initiatives to senior management.
  • Continuously seek feedback from clients and prospects to improve products, services, and sales processes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Uphold the company's values and professional standards in all interactions with clients, partners, and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Candidate must have oil & Gas Marketing Experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
