JOB SUMMARY

Required QualificationsMinimum of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related field.Minimum of 1 (one) year experience.Knowledge of IP / MPLS, microwave and fiber optics technologyGood oral and written communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures the achievement of the KPIs set in terms of MTTR & TAT in resolving customer’s complaints.Handle all escalations from customers for prompt resolutionsProvide customer support to internal and external clients that require physical intervention.Involved in the integration of new circuits on the networkProvide technical reports and details to support fault analysis and management reporting; network faults analysis, root cause analysis and network performance.Ensure timely and quality delivery of new links implementationEnsure timely and accurate feedback of RFOs/ETRs/RCAs to clients within the agreed timeline.
