Responsibilities:

Leading Digital Transformation:

Initiate and drive customer success by enhancing the Brand valueResponsible for spearheading innovation in the companyFocused on technology and drive the way the business operates on a day to day basis. 


Build operational Strategy:

Coordinate other departments like IT, sales, marketing, human resources and business developmentResponsible for some other team heads as well, such as Head of Sales, Head of Finance, HR, and Customer successManage the reporting and accountability structures, processes, set deadlines, track timelines, and manage the frameworksOversee the daily business & administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiencyEnhance the efficiency of internal and external operational processesWork with the sales and growth teams to drive Company revenue and achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly budgetsEstablish policies that improve and promote the Company’s vision and cultureEvaluate Company performance and recommend strategies to improve resultsCollaborate with Management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies.


Requirements:

MSc/MBA in Business Administration or relevant field would be an added advantage. Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer/Head of operations of a Tech company, or relevant roleUnderstanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etcExcellent knowledge of Agency Banking Solutions, Fintech Space, lending Enterprise solutionsDemonstrable competency in strategic planning and business developmentProven track record in developing and implementing operations system, policies, processes and proceduresStrong project management skillsStrong financial management and budgeting skillsInternal client management skillsIn depth understanding of process improvement and optimization disciplines, tools, and techniquesStrong ability to balance between long- and short-term objectivesDemonstrable strong Intra-preneurial skillsProven track record in change managementDemonstrable team building and line management skillsExcellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication, and influencing skillsDemonstrable competency in strategic planning and business developmentWorking knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metricsWorking knowledge of IT / Business infrastructure and MS OfficeExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and public speaking skillsAptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
