JOB SUMMARY

HND / B.Sc in any Business Administration or any relevant field3-5 years as admin and facilities manager in a manufacturing companyWell-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practicesKnowledge of managing security, canteen, and Government regulatoryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsGood analytical/critical thinking

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishmentsManage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standardsInspectbuildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovationsReview utilities consumption and strive to minimize costsSupervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractorsControl activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.Allocate office space according to needsHandle insurance plans and service contractsKeep financial and non-financial recordsPerform analysis and forecasting
